LAVials®: Plastic Lab Vials

Plastic vials are used in a variety of ways. Tech industries use vials to transport sensitive electronic equipment, energy drink companies will use vials to store powder mixes and University labs use them for experiments and science projects. Whatever the use, LAVials are sure to fit your packaging requirements.

LAVials are lab grade hinged-lid plastic vials that are made with medical grade polypropylene that is BPA free, Lead free and REACH, RoHS and FDA Compliant and will meet safety regulations for Leach Free Containers.

Along with this, our lab grade containers are manufactured following strict American and European governmental and industrial regulations. With our high quality plastic and the manufacturing standards we ensure that our customers can trust that what is going in their packaging is as safe as it can be while also being cost effective.

The great part about these containers is their unique hinged lid design. This lid offers an inner seal on the container helping them to be moisture and air resistant. Along with this, the attached lid prevents various containments from entering the container.

LAVials are available in 10 sizes with diameters ranging from half an inch to three inches wide. Along with this, LAVials come in about 30 different transparent and opaque color options.

Additionally, there are various material options including the ESD Inhibiting Conductive anti-static and static dissipative material. Other materials available include the Gamma sterilizable plastic.

Made in the USA with 100 percent recyclable plastic, hot stamping and custom labels are also available for the LAVials Line. These options give customers the ability to display company or product names on the containers. With this, tamper evident shrink bands and foam inserts are also available for select sizes in the LAVials line.
